FUN RUN 2024 – JOIN US FOR A DAY OF EXCITEMENT AND SUPPORT!
We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Annual Fun Run at our school, set to take place on the 15th and 16th of May 2024. We hope that you and your family are eagerly anticipating this fun-filled event as much as we are. The route details will be shared with you in the coming days.
Just like in previous years, our school relies on the collective support of parents and the community to enhance our facilities and provide an exceptional education for our learners. We have already issued sponsorship cards to each learner, and we kindly ask for your assistance in helping them collect funds from friends, family, and acquaintances. Parents are also encouraged to take the sponsorship card to their workplaces to seek sponsorships from colleagues and clients. Please note that we discourage door-to-door collections or standing at garages or malls.
All proceeds from the Fun Run will be dedicated to improving educational resources and experiences for our learners.
Aside from the Fun Run itself, the day will be brimming with entertaining activities for our learners. We have arranged a variety of jumping castles, inflatables, water slides, foam pits, discos, carnival games, and a delightful array of food stalls. Learners who complete their sponsorship card target (R200) will enjoy complimentary access to all these exciting attractions without any additional costs. We encourage parents to motivate and support their children in their fundraising efforts, as there will be numerous lucky draws and prizes for the highest fundraisers.
Parents are warmly invited to join us on the event days and accompany their children during the run at no charge. Your presence and assistance in maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and a harmonious atmosphere are greatly appreciated. Together, we can ensure that every learner experiences a memorable and safe day.
Food vouchers will be available for purchase at R50 per card from the food committee. Please send your orders along with your children. Remember, every contribution will directly contribute to enhancing our educational facilities for the benefit of all our learners.
